Cooperation between the Institutions shall take all forms necessary to achieve the objectives of the Association, in particular by:
- Information exchange and consultation on:
- the various intervention files in the context of individual or collective operations (loans, guarantees, interest rate subsidies, extension of the term of the loan and others),
certified consultants in different fields of expertise,
procedures (procurement, resource mobilization and other) in accordance with generally accepted standards,
the harmonization of views on subjects of common interest,
innovations and new practices in the business.
2. Complementarity of actions through:
the organisation of joint project evaluation and monitoring missions,
the co-guarantee and co-financing of public and private projects,
the joint search for funding, studies and regional projects accepted by the States concerned,
the invitation of the members of the Association to seminars or colloquia organised by one of the Institutions and which may be of interest to others.
3. Exchange of experience by:
the organisation of days to promote the profession of guarantor in Africa,
the organisation of training courses, internships, seminars on topics of current interest or of common interest, intended for the staff of the Institutions and which can contribute to the strengthening of their capacities,
the contribution of experts from member institutions in order to expose or animate a theme in which they have control,
the reception by a member of the Association of executives and staff of other Member Institutions for training or internships,
the sharing with other members of new procedures or major innovations that have occurred within a Member Institution.
